i jus got an email from him......saying he's goin pay me once he gets my name, address, etc etc,.....he says it takes one day of processing...we'll see if he comes thru this time.....

U know whats funny is i read all of the posts you guys are posting and what got me is the fact he always says that the money order got lost. U know i've sold about 20 things on here don't show it since the reputation started. But anyways everything that i sold was with a money order. And i havn't had a lost money order yet. I've sent tons of money orders to Boosted, and many other people on this forum and never once had one get lost. So i don't understand how he could lose so many money orders. I think he is just pretty much taking everyone for granted and taking there money and honestly think that people should not do business with him ever.

i did business with him and it was fine... but then again... I got my product before I sent the money... there are certain times when your reputation works for you... that was the one i can think of

I know everyone has given up on this but I'm going to repeatedly e-mail him for a few days and see if that gets a response. rolleyes.gif

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

fake money orders across state lines are federal crime, so if you DO get a bunk money order or bunk payment in the mail then you can goto the police in your state, his state, and the FBI eventually. he'll be charged federally and probably get several months jail time, fines, and some other penalties which would be the terms of his parole such as not being allowed to use a computer for commerce or something similar.

I know him. He's only a couple hours north of me so I bought a front bumper from him in the summer and went and picked it up. He's a cool guy, my experience was good, but I picked up the item and payed cash...can't much go wrong there. wink.gif He just e-mailed me a few weeks ago wondering if I wanted some 404's. I said I was interested so if I go to pick those up I'll ask him what's up with all the problems that have been happening.

Well,you guys could go oldschool on him...ya know,show up at his place,kick the door in,raid his fridge,sit down and watch TV and wait for him to get home,then when he gets home force him to pay with socks and chess peices,but,seriously,who does that anymore? lol...no..I am j/k I would definitely goto his place with the police and demand your stuff back. I once legitly had a problem with Fedex losing mudflaps being sent to batman,but I did give him the money back before I got the claim thru like a good doobie. I've sold bodykits to a lot of people on the site and if I were to ruin my name ONCE no one would trust me...obviously this dude just doesn't care. Anyone ever meet him IRL?

Why don't you all just put some money together and take him to small claims court? You wouldn't have a problem winning the parts, and the money back. My parents took EZ-Pass to court because they kept sending us notice of payments due and we don't even have EZ-Pass so my mom contacted them and they never got back to her and she kept trying and kept trying (Than sent them a later from her boss (a lawayer) and they still didn't get back to us)

Than took them to court and won we got 7,000$ although they haven't sent payment yet...

Its easy enough to do..

Although it isn't really a good excuse, I have had some problems remembering things since I was in an auto accident the end of January 2006.
This will be a good lesson to write every transaction down and make copies of everything in relation to any sales I make.

I am enclosing a money order for $70.00 and will send copies of this correspondence and the money order to the State of Oregon Justice Department.
