I gave them all the information I knew about him (name, address, email, etc.) and explained my story and that I didn't really care about my $70 anymore but he has taken more people for more money and still seems to be selling things (I gave a link to that craigslist). I guess what they do is get in contact with his local law enforcement who then contact him, which is probably why he had to forward a copy to the State of Oregon Justice Department.
