TALKED TO DG TODAY AND WE HAVE A DATE OF APRIL 21ST. THERE IS A NEW CAR MOVIE COMING OUT AND WE GOING TO HAVE AN OLD SCHOOL MEET AT LOWES I GUESS. HOPE THAT WORKS OUT FOR ALL OF YOU GUYS...

Here's whats going down.

Anybody who wants to meet up at 70 and 51 has to be there by 10:30. that is what time me and dave will be rolling threw. everyone else who doesn't want to meet there can meet at the track

The gates open at 11am
We are all going to meet there by 11:30
test and tune is from 12-5
even if ya dont race your car it is still really cool to see all the high hp cars fly down the track.
then we drive to a resturant and get some grub
hang out for a while and chat
drive to the movie theatre as a group again (hopefully with more car people from the track)
catch a 9ish o'clock movie
hang out after the movie and talk untill everyone decides to leave.

so it would be like a 12 hour all day meet!

Anyone coming from the east or just taking the turnpike in general....
From the I76 turnpike you would get off the New stanton exit and get on I70 east for 2 seconds and follow me.... that would be the way i would be going to the track.
It would be sweet for all of us local people to meet at 10am, drive up to the turnpike and meet up with the people traveling and then all drive up there as a giant group. That would make some nice crusin pics and videos!!

Steve, your car has never been ready for a meet so what are you talking about
I hope some philly people make at least one pitts meet this year.(hint) i have been out there 2 times and the only person to make it out this way was Def from NY. Jeff you are my man!

The meet will most likely follow the old meet ideas...
meet up in south park
Hang out
drive around a little
grillin outside, lunch and tag football, or hooters in pittsburgh if we are in the area from driving
movie in the evening at lowes theater
hang out at night till everyone goes home

I will have more info when it gets closer to actually hapening but i hope to see a bunch of new faces this year. All cars are welcome as long as the people driving the rides are cool.

BUMP!!! come on, there's going to be some sweet rides there, we just got done tuning my buddies evo...

My car should be for sure ready and i am working on getting a few more people to go... some new faces you guys have never seen.

The movie is the new car movie called Redline or Revlimiter or something to that effect? When april comes around I am sure we will have more details on everything... and I hope Rob takes over for planning meets cause i dont have the time i used to, to plan everything out and set it up. I just want to be one of the guys that goes and dont have to do any work b4 it happens....

the band LIVE and others are apparently puttin on a free concert in oakland on saturday the 14th - just some food for thought if anyone was into that kinda stuff

I just went on pittsburgh raceway parks web site and the 14th happens to be test and tune!!!! maybe that could be part of the meet if anyone else is interested???
