Ok that would be fine, i'll try to bring enough pizza and seats for everyone, but i just dont want A LOT left over if you and your friends decide not to show up.

bump. maybe the ec dwg meet pics will convince more of the maybe people go. we'd have a lot of celis if everyone went. and i'm sure some of the people not bringing stuff can help chip in for the pizza so maskedman doesn't have to spend so much money.

No pizza.... chips and drinks. If you guys hungry we'll hit up a restaurant. So Maskedman don't bring pizza... if you guys really get hungry we'll call and order pizza right there... so people bring cash.

I'll still try to bring some chairs though, or maybe i can bring like, a really really really really really really big blanket? or two? Im sure people are going to want to sit down, but on what? hmm... i'll figure something out. Or maybe people should bring their own chairs, or maybe bring some for you and some extras just incase some people forget? Just hard estimate the amount of people coming becuase we have almost as many "maybes" coming as we do "for sures". And for every person they will probably bring atleast one other person if not more. So there could be 12 people there or less, or even up to 40 people+ if everyone shows up and with 1 person each, thats a really big range, and i dont think i can fit 40 chairs in my car haha. So if we want pizza, we can just wait until everyone has arrived, this way we can get whatever type of pizza everyone likes. Or we could all just go out and eat. w/e happens, we will just have to wait and see how many people show up.

Haha anyways, we've got a pretty good number of Celicas going to this (and an SC ) so it looks like there are going to be some good pictures and maybe video!

aw man... it sucks to have to say this, but i dunno if i'ma be able to make it to this meet. yeah.... something big came up, and of course its happening on the 28th. so if ever, i'll only be there for a lil bit and then leave really early.

i got a debut to go to. its like this filipino thing when a girl turns 18 and has a huge party and what-not. kinda like a mexican quinceñera. anyways, i'm dancing in it and everything so i can't miss it.

Haha thats funny that it's on the exact same day as the meet haha. But perfectly understandable. If it's not too much of a hassle, it would be great for you to make an appearance even if it's only for awhile .

Since superstar Joe can't be there lets make the meet a week earlier or something so he can attend. What do you guys think?

Number 1 rule of setting up successful meets... don't make the date too far out. Too far being more than a month out.

haha, "superstar joe" huh? thanks guys. well only if no one else has a problem with changing the date, i definitely wouldn't mind. but if not, then its cool. i'll still try to make it, even if its just for a lil bit.

Well seems like the meet would be easier and better for everyone if it was a week earlier. I can do a week later since i already arranged my vacation days at work, but it seems like everyone would hate to wait another week haha. If you guys insist on the week before, i wish you all the best of luck and i hope you all have a great time and take lots of pictures so i can imagine i was there too haha. I don't want to make everyone go with my schedule since we should work around what works best for the most people.

well if that's the case, i don't think we should change the date. its too much of a hassle and the host won't even be able to make it. at least i might be able to be there for a lil while... hopefully.

nah it's cool, i can always go to the next one. I'm not that much of a host anyways haha, I try, but Chanh will always be the best haha. I shouldn't try to rush my Celica to be done anyways. Go, have a good time, drink some drinks, eat some chips. If you guys are still together after 6pm, then I'll try show up with my BMW afterwork, but haha i don't know how long the meet is going to be haha.

no really, just keep the original date so you can make it too. if we actually start at 11:30, i might even be able to stay a couple hours. if everyone showed up at 11, that'd be even better.

Well hmm, I'll have to sleep on this. Keeping the date just so that i can show seems selfish now haha. Let's let majority decide. If we change the date, maybe more of the maybes will be able to show up and turn out being a better meet after all. I'll just call up Autobacs if we decide to change the date. I'm cool with whatever happens, if i make it or not, then no biggy, as long as people have a good time. In all honesty, the week after would be a better week for me haha, but i can't make it that week becuase it would be really breaking the number 1 rule of making a meet (which is to not make the meet too far in advance), and im trying to follow Chanh's advice as much as possible becuase he always hosts the best meets so he knows what he is doing.

okay then, we'll just see what everyone prefers. and hopefully we both show up.
