not bad on the headers. you made them work and thats the important part. about your intake, the filter looks pretty beat up. try and reroute it behind the battery. but it looks as though your catch can (if thats what it is) is in the way.
notice any gains with your headers. engine temp meter go higher than usual? i know it did for me when i didn't have header wrapped.

joe, get that filter out from behind the radiator.
every time the fans kick on, your intake temps go up by prolly 80* or more.
the thermostat has nothing to do with that.
(and get a thermostat in there too) lol

How did you guys paint the strut bar, or any metal parts?
Lightly sand them, then spraypaint or just spraypaint them?
here's mine.
it's not really the engine, just the intake filter.

The engine bay is still rediculously dirty, I plan to polish up the IM and the valve cover with a wire wheel sooner than later...

The wire wheel to the valve cover is so worth it.

Hey dude, correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like you've stuck a T piece in your brake booster line and put a mini breather filter on it.
Why would you do that if you don't mind me asking?
Also is that an electronic throttle actuator you've made there?
