i will clean it some day,is it ok to glass bead the valve cover???what else could i bead???

yes, you can glass bead the valve cover, just be sure its PERFECTLY clean before you reinstall it.
the "right" way to do the exhaust housing would be to pull it off, and have it ceramic coated.
it looks great, cleans up with a damp sponge. it also helps by holding in the exhaust heat, which helps spool, and lowers underhood temps.
