Has anyone bought from a member called NOTBOK. I sent this guy some cash for a headlight last week and now he won't reply to emails. WTF?

dude I bought something from him. I paid him last week and have not recieved part yet.

i try talking to the administrator...he is collecting money...i lost my money; its been almost a month, never received parts...don't deal with him...he already bounced...if he's reading and has the gut, resolve this crap of business and be done with it...administrators, take him off this site...ban his ip address...

Well whats weird is that I was having the same exact problem with this guy. then sent him an email asking for either the part to be sent or my money back and the moneys in the process of comming back to me...so i dont know why he doesn't send emails or anything back, but i wouldn't count him as a completely untrustworthy person. just my opinion.

i don't know...it's been a while, at least have some common knowledge to acquire to what's needed to be taken care of...who can blame us for saying things because money is something everyone values, heck wouldn't you be mad too if your item you purchase was not delivered and nor was your money given back or had not the seller contact you in any way, wouldn't you question and start to bleak out...im a very honest person and was taught that way, i just think it is not the right way to do business, his current style now, i just want my money back...and yes im pissed off...

Oh, I know what your saying. I mean I WAS VERY Pissed for a while cause I thought I would never see the money or item. But I don't know, mabey if you guys tried like what I did, you might get a result. I was just pointing out that once I clamed down and I guess reasoned with the guy, it turned out well (well havn't recieved money yet cause paypals slow, but it says its in the process, so im satisfied). Anyway, gl to all of you.

I wish you guys would report trouble with sellers sooner. You can always contact us over private messages. It seems to be a pattern here. His last long in was on the 22nd, lets wait to see if he addresses this thread.

If there is no response from the seller in a couple of days, I suggest you contact Paypal. We'll take action to make sure this member can't sell on this site anymore.

Thanks for the replies. I thought I was just being paranoid. I've registered a dispute with paypal so I'll see where it goes from here. Next time, I'll check the "good/bad" sellers list.

Oh oh.... 35 $ down the pipe. Im expecting a OEM wheel. I just PM, if i dont hear. Ill start paypal claim. Wonder why he did not have pictures....

He seemed shady to me when i contacted him about a pair of mudflaps. I did not purchase from him.

if payed via paypal call em.... if not ur pretty f***ed... thats also why you only pay half, and pay otherhalf when it comes in, or buy from pple with a rep....

(not saying this guy is ripping anyone off, but his actions are starting to lean in that direction..)

reminds me of the clipsetuner issue where 3-5 of us got scammed.. including me

he did the same thing to me 3 weeks ago ive been tryign to make me give me my money back but he doesnt respond im goign to make a claim with paypal if i can figure out how this is ridicoulous i can beleave some one has the guts to do this did he tell ne one else that he didnt have a camera on the computer and couldnt show pics? i even asked abotu paypal fees and he said dont worry about it i hope my 30 bucks give him a drug overdose

wow this guy is pretty low to make up all that stuff just to get money.

Honestly - and I'm not saying this as an "I told you so" kind of thing, but when I was looking through the many forums a few weeks back and I saw the user "notbok"... I said to myself "This person is going to take someone's money..."

not even joking. It was wierd.

im giving him 3 more days if he doesnt respond im doign the same thing im also goign to tell paypal about his mis doings so no one else can be scammed

I paid $20 paypal for an arm rest lid from him 2 weeks ago, pm'd twice but no reply. I'm opening dispute on monday!!

mention his name and his user name to paypal...so they know he is the same person...i just escalated my claim on the same day i dispute...let paypal know about other people he ripped off....so they know how low he is...
