They're all equally as bright, it's just a matter of what color you want. The color temp doesn't indicate brightness, it indicates color, i.e. yellow vs. white vs. blue vs. purple.

Yes, you can get one set for the lows and one set for the highs. Low beams are 9006 bulbs, high beams are 9005 bulbs. Since most people don't use their highs too much, typically people just get kits for their lows, but if you live way out in the country and use your highs a lot than a kit for your highs would be fine. If you're just using your highs to flash on and off though, then it's not really recommended.

4300k is a very white color and would be good for your highs if you decide to go that route. I have that color on my lows right now, switched from 6000k, and I like them just fine. I really liked my 6000k ones too - they're also very white but with a slight hint of blue. But for all the rain we get here, 4300k is a better color for my purposes. Aesthetically, I liked the 6000k better though.

For your lows, if you want to go flashy, then yeah, 8000 or 12000k is definitely a stronger blue color. Keep in mind though that that color isn't legal in most cities, and although the instances that I'm aware of with people getting ticketed for them is low, there's still a risk. Just be aware of it. I see it all the time, those colors, and people don't seem to have any problems, but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't at least warn you of it.

Turnaround time if you get both kits will be about 5 days from receipt of payment, as my supplier doesn't tend to stock 9005s in higher temps. PM me for pricing; I'll combine shipping for you.

ok....kool.....just keep a note of it what im interested in im going on vacation so i wont be buying till middle of july...would it be cheaper to buy the two sets? if so how much cheaper....cuz if its not much ill just do one set at a time........yes the high beams would be for back road ues.....yea flashing would be a bit difficult as they need a bit to warm up right?....i also own a 05 silvirado not sure what the bulb numer is in case you do if ur able to get a set for it too lows only....ill get back to you on the bulb number

I don't have enough of a margin to give a decent multi-part discount, so really you'd just save on the shipping. If you're thinking of ordering more than 2 sets at once though I might be able to work something out on a better discount for you on top of just the combined shipping. 2005 Silverados take the same bulb sizes as our Celicas; 9006 for lows and 9005 for highs.

I haven't bumped this up in a while because of the whole thing with ^ THAT GUY selling on here. Turns out he was a scammer, his kits were NOT what he represented them to be, and so on.

So I thought I'd bump this thread up to let people know that I still have kits available. No minimum order, and generally the turnaround time is 5 business days or less. I've been able to tell people as they've ordered through me what exactly to expect in terms of turnaround time. In some cases, there was no downtime, in others, it took about a week.

Either way, you guys know who I am and you know you'll get your stuff!

See page one, the first post, there's photos of the kit posted there. They're plug-and-play and plug right into your stock wiring harness, and they also come with instructions. They're SUPER easy to install and generally only takes about 15 minutes to install. Basically you plug the bulb into the ballast and into your stock headlight harness, mount the ballast somewhere along the fender behind the headlights, and you're good to go.

Yes, they're really bright. Definitely best suited for projectors, but lost of people, including myself, have used them with the OEM non-projector headlights. As long as your headlights are aimed properly (so you don't blind oncoming traffic), you should be fine. As to the legality of them, that's in accordance with your local laws. They're not legal in a lot of places here in the US since our cars didn't come with these stock, but plenty of people use them anyway without problems.

Can you recommend a color temperature? From the pictures I'd choose 6k.

6000k is definitely the most popular, it's very bright white with a slight bluish tint. If some people want other colors though, I can definitely accommodate that as well

If you're *able* to get a 10 pc order together, I can probably give you a nice price break as well in addition to combined shipping. PM me and let me know where you're at and I can get you a quote.

I don't think that many people are interested because those kits are also illegal here if you do have a headlamp wash system (most ST205 have those) and a self-leveling headlamp system, which ST205's don't have.
I'll wait for a few weeks and let you know how many are interested.
