Well I was trying to reserve the one that I showed you all, but it requires a 4 night stay. Also every single one out there requires a 2 nihgt minium stay. Im since Im going to be out there on the fri before It would work. Also I some of you want to come up a day early even if its later on that Fri night and chill wou are more than welcome, just understand that It will cost you more. But I may have some friends that could help us out bye staying there with me on that fri night. I am trying to find one with at least a pool table if not that then a air hockey or something like that. But the parking thing is my bigest concern and that is helping me choice the one we stay at. Here is the one that Im currently looking at.
Curent one Let me know what you all think. It would be 25 bucks a night for each of you all to stay there. Also here is a Different option that we could stay at. If we can get 10 for that one it would be 25 and I am waiting on an email back on that one.

They both look great. The 4 bedroom would probably hold more of us, but the pool table is inviting.

Either way, PM me when the plans are definite. I might want to stay Fri night if it's ok with capn(we talked on AIM the other night about driving up in caravan fashion from Chatt).
I should be able to afford up to $60 a night, so the price shouldn't really matter to me.

So if we decide to stay Friday we will meet at the chalet and then drive to the Gov. Palace to meet up with the others on Saturday?

Yes we will. The second option is what I think that Im looking at as of now. It will hold more people and Im waiting on an email about the avalibility on it. Also are you thinking about coming up fri night also?

Well guys, I found the one that were going to stay at. Its This one . It says that it will sleep 8 in beds but we can have people crash on the couches and what not. Its going to be 470 for the weekend and we can figure out how much its going to cost everybody once we figure out who is staying both nights and who is staying 1 night. Let me know who is going to stay 1 night or both.

as of the moment, it is planned to meet at the governor's palace in seiverville, which is right outside of pigeon forge!
its right across the road from walmart!

as a time.....im not sure what time the offical meet up is going to be......

but hope to see ya there and we will set a specific time in the near future

Ok guys, I just reserved the Chalet. As of right now we have 8 people who say that there staying sat night and a couple that are staying both nihgts. The price is still 30 bucks for each night, but if we have more who want to stay then I will adjust the price accoridingly. Also we will take up a money for the cookout to cover the food costs. I was wondering if you all wanted T-shirts or not? We had some printed up for the last meet and they were 10 bucks. But that was for a white shirt with black lettering no color. I was thinking that If there is a lot of interest we can get soem colored shirts printed up for a reasonable price. I have an idea for the shirts. I will work on it and upload it so you all can see what it might look like.

Well, with the shirts, I think that we decided to go with a grey shirt with black lettering. The problem that Im having is that there is going to be people from both Celica.net and 6GC.net. Its coming up with what to put on the front is my main problem. But the back is going to have the dragon on it, Pegion Forge Meet 2003 and some saying I think. But Since that they will be grey shirts its going to be like 15 each which still isn't bad. I will post the final shirt idea when I get it made up, also I will need to know how many people want shirts so I can tell my friend how many to have printed up, as with last time He just paid for them and we all jsut payed him back. well, i say just put the old dragon emblem instead of celica.net and 6gc.

Ok guys here is the design for the shirts. Its John's design with my work on it also. Its only the back because the front will have the dragon on it. Here it is in color. Im going to have Sean see how much it would be to have them printed out in color on a white shirt. If its really expensive we might have to preorder shirts or just go with the grey and black.
Also here is what it should look like in black.

Eric, to answer your ?, I have no idea how to find out who made those. Plus were not making a proffit off of them and at this time I haven't heard back from Sean >> about the shirts yet. Im going to call him tonight and see whats going on with him.
