well.. actually i got some of the stuff on the car already like the strut bar.. cooling plate.. tail light..
gonna paint my splitters, wing, side mirrors soon.. then install my them all!!.. not forgettin my skirt!!.. gonna punch holes to the car in order to do so..
i found a mechanic that gonna install my struts.. stainless steel brain lines.. cheaper than your average/normal market price!!..

all work in progress..

Can't wait to see the baby with all the parts installed! I was gonna ask if you were going to install the struts than I saw that last sentence or so... .

the up button is on the back side of the wheel..

i need some suggestion for my "up & down" shifter!!.. i was thinking one for the volume of the stereo and the other one the window (i know those are lame)!!.. i cant think of anything else to do with it!!..

any ideas anyone??

you should use them for your volume. alot of modern cars have stereo controls on the steering wheel.

why do both sides say down? i doubt its for shifting gears

latest update!!.. was driving at I17 on thursday to catch the game.. suns vs spurs.. on the way there.. i notice my car was driving weird.. but the temp was normal.. you can tell when your car's not normal!!.. suddenly there was this sound!!.. this weird belt sound!!.. something like chipping!!.. anyhu.. i stopped n popped the hood.. was looking for the noise!!.. the noise was gone!!.. the belts were fine!!.. so i continued driving!!.. once i reached phx!!.. it was like 1 n a half hours of driving!!.. so once i reached phx!!.. next thing i know.. the engine light came out.. my car died on the spot.. luckily i managed to get my car to the shoulder of the road!!.. OMG!!.. i tried starting my car.. wouldnt start!!.. got our of my car.. i popped my hood.. i noticed coolant coming from under my car!!.. i realized my car my overheating!!.. called my fren (a mechanic from flagstaff).. i'm like.. what do i do!!.. i've no familiar with phx!!.. no shop or ppl i know to go to!!.. i was stuck!!.. i tried calling a couple of friends asking them if they knew a towing company or they have a family mechanic shop they go to!!.. no one knew!!.. my frens that i was supposed to meet at phx for the game was only half way down from flag!!..

now.. all i can do is wait!!.. my phone's dying on me!!.. low battery!!.. when it rains.. it pours huh !!.. so nvrmind!!.. i got to phx bout 3something.. the game's at 8!!.. anyhu.. i was sitting in my car waiting.. waiting for someone to get me!!.. i though of calling 911.. but i was thinking.. its not really an emergency!!.. so i waited!!.. n waited n waited!!.. no 1 came to offer any help!!.. cars were passing me like flies.. but no 1 stopped!!.. then after almost an hour waiting there.. a patrol car pulled over!!.. i felt relived!! i told him what happened!!.. i asked for his advice!!.. wat shud i do n all!!.. he called a tow truck for me and asked me whether i have a shop to go to!!.. i was like i've nobody here!!.. he suggested toyota dealerships.. i was like.. expensive.. expensive!!..

i cant go on.. i need a break.. very emo!!..

Well anywho, i hope things worked out for ya. So i think i missed something, but what are plans for the car again? Looks, like u have big plans ahead, and it'd be interesting to see it all installed!!
Btw, the suggestion to use the shifter buttons on your steering wheel as volume pieces...lol, genius...would set the interior off!!

well.. there's definitely ALOT of things i wanna do to the car!!.. but due to recent unforeseen circumstances.. my plan has been put on hold.. i might have to sell some of the parts.. but i dont know yet.. coz now there's a new problem!!.. my car's undercooling that why its overheating.. the temperature gauge always fluctuates.. and only recently when i park my car n lift the hood up.. i could see a burst of cooling from the reservoir!!.. a splash.. like a pop!!.. coming out of the reservoir.. even tho its shut!!.. its overheating..

i'm not sure what's wrong.. maybe the CAI.. its dirty!!.. maybe the cracks on the reservoir.. maybe the thermostat!!..
to make matters worst.. there's something wrong with the acceleration of my car.. when i step on the throttle all the way.. it only feels like 50%.. and when i let go of the throttle.. the car's still moving!!.. when i put it in N.. the rpm's like 5k!!.. its scary.. i havent touched my car for a very long time now.. i recently just got hold of a throttle cable!!.. waiting on the mechanic!!.. (side job thingy)..

anyhu.. it really threw a monkey wrench into my plans for my celica!!.. i cant quit.. at the same time.. it really wears you down.. i'm worried sick bout my car!!.. but well.. ive gotta stay positive!!.. so.. when it rains.. it pours.. just a couple of weeks ago.. some fool backed into me!!.. OMG!!.. will take picts.. n before that.. i hit a patch of ice.. which caused like peeling of the paint on the front passenger side of the bumper!!.. OMG!!.. NVRMIND.. well.. its over now.. hopefully with some of the new parts.. i'll keep rebuilding her!!.. money's the issue now.. i've got the enough information n knowledge to do whatever i want to the car.. but i dun have the tools.. well.. i'll keep persisting.. hangin on.. i know eventually i'll get it done the way i've always wanted her to be!!.. my P-E-R-F-E-C-T car..

dude....wanna like...lend me some loot just so i can get my car DONE?...let alone start buyin goodies for it....everything looks sweet...loooking forward to seein all this $hit on the celica
