Yeah derrick, I do need someone to actually host the meetup, I will keep pressin my boss to get the morning shift and I will update the thread about whether or not I can make it to the meet point at the decided time.

Please do, or else it will turn into a 6gc kidnap Xavier from work meet smile.gif . Well I'm not trying to throw Faust under the bus or anything if he doesn't want to do it, but somethings tells me he will be one of the first people waking up and heading down to this meet, so I nominate him. He's also just a very friendly person and would be able to greet the attending members with skill laugh.gif . Anyways, I'll see what's going on, I didn't realize that there was sooo much happening within the next few weeks/months!

Shoot, I hope my car just needs valves, but if not, I could roll with James (Sir Arthur!). I just need for us to meet up in a n00b friendly environment, and to get on the ball on the early AM, because even though I was Marine status (1st one in, with James of course), I did run on underclock. But I would have no troubles meeting up with people early to gather up and be stationed until it goes down. More than likely I will be there early as all that area looks completely different to me at night. I gotta get used to it! LOL Pretty soon that's gonna be my new home.

Derrick! Are you coming? I hope you can make it. And if my car cannot make it, lol chances are I might just find an MR2 for sale before I head down there and buy it once we (James and I) get into or around that area (if hopefully it is on the way up and James doesn't mind). That way I can knock out two birds with 1 stone, but if I can take my car, I would much prefer that over anything.

Well Faust, just give me an idea when you and/or James are planning on bein in the area so I can plan accordingly. I got a 4ish hr drive over there. Just let me know when and where, shoot me a txt or something.

Not sure, I guess it depends on who gets where when. The bonfire is supposed to be on the beach tho, I believe. I'm still kinda like huh, but goin with the flow lol

uhh how do you think parking will be at the beach. i mean i know its not summer time anymore, but do you guys think there will be a lot of people??? hows carpooling sound?? i know our rear seats cant fit anyone bigger than a child, but its an idea.

Yeah beach bonfire friday octiber 16th, nighttime gettogether/meetup/hangout followed by a saturday of whatever the f**k we wanna do.

I will also have to nominate mr. Faust as the 6gc welcoming chairman, I know he'll be down in Socal and closer to the beach than I will be.

You should get at Tomazs on his facebook, he's always posting in some foreign language I don't know except for one word that isn't translatable. Lol.

any of you guys have a stock 7afe header laying around? i have a crack in mine and want to go the cheap route and get a used stock one.

Come on Lew, ya know ya wanna come lol. We need to all get together in the future and have a vegas meet. I have a buddy that has a place up there that he never uses, so maybe I can work something out with him in the future....

Woot woot for 1 day closer to the meet and me not wrecking my car when my brakes went out today in rush hour traffic. E-braking all the way home sux in traffic, and definitely can get you pulled over, 3 times in a 20 min period lol.... anyways

Hey what up everyone, i havent been on in a while and im at work right now so i couldnt read all posts.... did you decide a time and place? im in if its a weekend. our last meet was hella fun, and so was the drive! Id love to do that again... JUST BE SURE AND BRING THE GRILL! and for gods sake some Quick light Coals! lol

Im down for 25 bucks, where do you live out in socal again? I'm right off the 605 n 91 freeways.

So the compression tester was messed up. My car is fine and pumping 225 compression per cylinder. I might need new tires, rotors (still haven't ordered them yet), and some other things, but I still want to get another car (MR2) for daily driving to my baby can rest a bit.

I just found out HID ballasts kinda sucks. 3k hour life time? That's retarded. So every 3k hours you need to get new ballasts? Are you serious? My fogs went out :-(

i'm down in costa mesa really close to the end of the 55 and 19th street. its not deathly important that i get it right away, heck i'm still going to run it in this weekend's rallyx, but whenever we meet up works. just don't want to leave the cracked one on forever. price sounds good and thanks for hooking it up.
