I really dont care if it is moved or not, but then again I may not have my Celica anymore. I plan on getting an '06 Dodge Cummins, but if I can make it maybe I can be the support/ tow truck.

Lol this is quickly turning into the largest Celica meet without Celicas ever.

Looks like this is about the longest RSVP list we had. blu94gt is in Kansas City, so the drive would be a lot longer for him if we move it. Looks like it's closer for almost everyone else though. Not quite everyone, but most everyone. I am unsure if I will be there or not. Depends on how steep payments on the new car are. I'm sure I'll still have the funds to go though. I may PM Bitter, since I know he is from Chicago and was at Starved Rock not too long ago. Maybe we can get him to go. It's one more Celica in the list of attending members who will still have Celicas

Oh yeah, Shigexile was interested too. He's in Illinois, so I'm sure moving the meet will be better for him as well. I will send PM's to anyone who may be interested tomorrow and see what we come up with. I'm hoping to see a good turnout here, even if I can't make it.

Doesn't look like ownership of a 6gc is really necessary anymore. Although not all of us will still be in Celicas, I still say we bring cameras and get some good shots in. We can't let all the other meets around the country show us up!

It's been years since I have been to Starved Rock, so can someone enlighten me on some details? I don't remember if there were grills there or if we need to bring our own, or if there is anything else we need to bring.

depends where you go, theres a NICE spot right off 71 on the river thats pretty secluded and i think has a grill or two...but bring your own since the ones there are nasty.

I was there last year n it's pretty decent. They have a couple grills and it's a raw scenery so I'm for sure gunna b there

Is it ST? Or is it a BT? The AE101 and AE111 tends to be chassis numbers so it's a bit vague, but if stated AE101, silvertop, and yes that is a steal. If so, would it be local private owner or from a company? I'm also trying to find a Blacktop locally. Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota.....

If my swap is done by then and tuned, I'm down.

Looks like my car payments will be lower than I had anticipated so barring any major expenses (hardly ever happens when you're 20) I should be there in the IS.

I'm down to caravan up there with anyone from the St. Louis area or with you, ChfNix. We'll all be passing through the same general route.

just been reading this thread and i live in sioux falls, sd. and wanted to do something this summer cause i am done with my college and wanted to do something like a vaca or something and i think this might be the vaca i go to meet new friends and people who have 6gc. hardly anyone has one down here =/. but this will be at the top of my list for sure!!
