the difference in the mounting is the passenger side mount. which needs to be custom anyway so... no big deal there. drill and tap the holes that are already on the pass side frame rail. but you cannot use an ST tranny. ask these in my progress thread, so info is avail to all.

Theres a video on youtube of a twin turbo 3vz in an alltrac...damn good engine if you ask me i have one laying in my sand rail but i got some problems with it...electrical mostly and the tranny is $&!@ will a celica 3s tranny slip right on?

Replace front wheel bearings
Put the front end back together
Smooth out a few dents in the body and my GT4 hood
Paint the body
Drop the motor in and wire it up
its been about 100* lately and I'm really not motivated enough to get out in the sun with that lol

Talk about Free time... Looks great. If you had time to gut the transmission I would suggest having it ceramic coated with Chromex.
But the transmission will kind of disappear once you get it installed with the V6. Polish up the heads and valve covers!

wire wheel on a grinder = fast. hit up the small spots with a demel and clear clear it. total time took probly 3 hours
