>look in Pressure2 thread, he lists the part number for the injectors, i believe they are FC non turbo, not FD injectors. im using the stock 3S-GTE turbo system right now, but im upgrading it to the same turbo on the 7A kit. its a Garrett super 60. i have plenty of injectors so those will be fine. if you are looking to turbo your 5S, stand by cause my kit will be coming real soon.

okay thanks ill check it out and i have a 7afe and dont really need anything other than injectors and intercooler/pipe.. and of course the AEM F/i* cntlr.. if u dont sell the kit as a whole maybe ill try to get the intercooler /pipe if ur selling it ... but thanx for the help

im using a split second for management now, im not a fan of the FIC anymore. it doesnt work well on toyotas

I wish my car was out there for you to turbo... What I would like to know is if you're willing to send me your setup so that I can install it myself....

>I finished Erynn's car last night. havent had a chance to drive it yet. Ill take pictures tonight when i get it home. but it basically looks exactly like mine but a 7A-FE instead of the 5S-FE.

So here is the big question. how much demand is there for a turbo kit? I can re-produce this kit fairly easy. kit will include manifold with lifetime warrenty, Garrett turbo, intercooler, polished aluminium piping, BOV, FMU for fuel, and all fittings and lines for oil. the only thing that the end user will have to do is drop the small oil pan and have the bung welded into it.

yeah, I think I'm up for this. I was going to do a 1mzfe swap, but with my insurance I would risk putting all that money into it for nothing. I saw $2500 somewhere in the thread is that what you are asking for your setup...
yes about 2500 for the kit plus shipping which will be about 150.

as for the risistor in the FIC, i had to do the same thing, its making a filter across some of the signals. Toyota signals are very dirty and the FIC sees that noise as impulses and it confuses it. the Split Second in Erynns car is working awsesome

I have a question.. i already got all this.. I know im missing the turbo obviously....what else? walbro fuel pump? oil catch can?

where would be a good place to buy the turbo? and do i need something else?

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE....

-440cc injectors
-pipping
-boost controller
-FMI

greddy BOV

hks turbo timer

turbo manifold

already made the hole for oil return line

gauges

and i have this microtech set up for a celica from Australia... but i dont know if i should use it..

thats a log style manifold, if you have the piping to mach up with a specific turbo, then use that. my manifold is eaqual length and has much better flow

How's this going Smaay? Anything new?
I guess no updates? I really hope you come out with the final stage of your product. Your really my last hope with the Celi, other then that it'll basically be on its way out to other hands. But anyway back on topic, hope your still keeping up with this man thumbsup.gif
PM him I talked to him a week ago or so and he was making a kit or almost had it ready for sale.
i have 3 weeks of school left. once i graduate ill be able to put more time into this. i have all the materials to build the kits, i just havent had the time to work on it

It's been a bit of a break again. Are you still making these kits? Did dyno results ever get posted?

Dyno results were never posted. He never made any kits IIRC, except for ''Erynn's'' kit.

Eryns car never made it to the dyno. Ever since she got a 7th gen GT-S she never drives her 6th gen. i have the stuff to build more kits, i just had too much going on, school, work, now i moved. once i get my new garage all set up, ill get back to work on them

Hi mate, i have the same engine in what is called Carina E 1.8 hatch back car in the UK Do you know of any one over there who sell a variable timing cam wheel for fine tuning of the camshaft There is also a 1.6 engine of the same car and any adverts for such an item might come under the 1600 engine which i think would be the same size as the 1800 engine >>? regards
