I need to correct the total no. of plates for you guys, only 25 piece in this batch
The under Panel is oversize to ship via normal postal service, so either freight cargo or courier.
I try to quote from Fedex, the pack to Culp's door steps is usd$2k+
I am sure we couldn' accept that cost.

I would stick on a Air freight forwarder I previous quote, the cost is around $800-1k, but only ship to JFK, so Culp have to help us to pick up from there.

I would try to control the shipping cost at usd$30 per piece/set from HKG to JFK
The excess amount for the shipping I would take care and sort out with Culp.

~Under Panel+Brackets Cost$170
~Shipping from HKG to NJ, East Coast $30
~Only for STATES or anywhere near member, as all would send to EC
~If you guys would pick up from Culp, please remark, "NO Cartoon Box" then help to save more on shipping

for shipping, I've been looking around, and because of the size of this, greyhound is a good option, once package properly, it will have a nice trip, is the most cost effective option.

so for now, I'm planning on shipping these via

1- greyhound
2- UPS

is the buyer's option which service they would like, and of course, each person would pay the appropriate fees.

also if 2 members are getting panels and live near by, shipping can be combine and split the shipping cost among them, again, just trying to make this as affordable as possible. if any of you have any other ideas that can help us save on shipping, let's hear them.
