Today I did this !
when you receive your panel it will look like this

inside you'll have this


peel off the blue protection plastic


for the front,
the holes are all there in the chassis, just reuse the bolts holding your stock plastics, in my case one of the holes in the panel didn't line up, maybe because of the metal bars welded on my car ( see pictures ) but it was an easy fix, mark the location with a sharpie, drill a new hole and done.

for the rear, you'll use the brackets included, the U shape side of the bracket gets sandwiched on the control arm bolt, with the nut side pointing down for the panel to bolt there.

just extra, this is what happened to my B pipe when a rock got kicked around by a passing car on the freeway, it went right under my car hitting my exhaust, but of course while driving I didn't know if it was my exhaust or oil pan that got hit, so it was scary till I pulled over and so no leaks. this panel will eliminate that worry.
this sits at the same height as you front to back subframe bar, it looks really low on my car, because the coilovers are set super low,
