yea mine rattles a little bit sometimes but usually only when im going very low speeds like less than 10mph or when i start the car.

This panel would get in the way say, if I need to raise the front end of the car and put two jack stands under the car behind the tires, no? It looks as if the cover would effectively cover up the lifting point at the front/center of the car. No bueno if you're needing to take the bumper off and such. I'm still interested in this though.
