Whatever it takes man. I would just honestly LOVE to finally get my axles. As well as an intake setup that I was promised as part of an extra fee I paid for that and my harness to be extended, which also hasn't been done yet.

Edit: Mgnt, Sorry to hear! Jim took a year to get me my motorset after I gave him full payment, so maybe there is still hope for you. I certainly hope so at least

Everytime I've seen this thread bumped since it started, it has made my blood boil. I literally feel like we, the 6gc community built this motor for Jim, lol. So I just felt like being a smartass.

Obviously I realize (at least I think) that's not his only source of income, but still. I can think of multiple people who are missing a combined over $5000 in parts from him. Straight up BS.

You guys have no idea. Thats all I am saying. I advise anyone against sending him any money. If you want the part that bad I say send the money to me and tell him its payment for what he owes me.

wow...this is way bigger than i imagined.
i knew there were a couple people who had bad deals with jim, czwalga is one of them. had no idea it was this crazy.

i have several thousand dollars worth of parts that belong to him, i wish there were some way to turn it into cash to at least pay you guys back for the parts you have paid for.

its been a while since i've talked to him, ill give him a call this weekend, and see what the deal is with all of you guys.
if someone wants to start a dedicated thread to this issue, that would be great, and spread the word so that we can get a detailed list of exactly who is missing parts and or money, and exactly what they are owed, that way its all in one spot so that when i do talk to him, i can have all the details to go over with him.
i cant promise you guys anything, but i will try and help out where i can, i dont like the idea of you guys getting totally ripped off like that.

back when these issues first started, he mentioned that some of the guys that were complaining were guys that had settled with him on a payment plan, took way longer than agreed to pay, then complained when theyre stuff wasnt shipped immediately, which is understandable i guess, but to not come thru and send anything, or to send the wrong or broken parts is just not cool.

That is a load of horsesh!t - I personally paid everything on time except for 1 payment, which he confirmed was alright, and I paid a double payment on the next one.

The payment agreement was agreed upon before the purchase which outlined how long it would take to complete purchase. I offered to write up a contract but he refused and said a record of PMs would do just fine.

Don't know how it went with the other guys....just how it went with me.

I have found Jim's most valuable asset is time. I wonder what can be done legally that he would be forced to waste time at. If Jim misses a day of work he does not get paid so he never ever takes off. When were dating it was always a battle just to get him to take a few days off to go on vacation.

All I can say is I am glad my biggest battle with him was over the car. I'm so thankful we never got married and had kids. I couldn't imagine going thur this all and having a huge custody fight.

I hope everyone knows that I was never involved in the stuff Jim sold on this site. I would hate if anyone had bad feelings towards me for Jims wrong doings.

wow, i was thinking of getting an engine from him back in da days, way to dodge a bullet.

I alwasys saw shady that his engine pictures were from a company in new jearsey, and he denied any affiliation to the company. so i just did not like it...
