Welp decieded it's time to move on from hondas for a little bit and try something else, i acquired a yota not to long ago, and i've decieded to just part out my accord and move on.
Car handles great i like the look and it gets great gas mileage all ya really need in a dd. They won't be to much go fast parts put on this car, but it happens.

Heres a few old pictures from like a year ago.

Most recent pix i've taken (Today had to clean up the VC went with the old school look that matched the valve cover lines)

New OE clutch kit.
Tune up.

Plans:
Ebay header, Vibrant chambered muffler, kool blue drop in filter with 2.5 SRI pipe ran into the stock box, Very mild regrinds probably 260's from delta.

Chassis/Suspension:
Stock aswell for now.

Plans:
Good set of springs, strut bar, and wheels 16's probably.

Exterior:
Pretty rough.

Plans:

Interior:
Same as the exterior.

Plans:

I appreciate it she needs the attention, and lets hope this doesn't turn into a build lol. I'd rather just drive it throw thing's on it when i can.

Good luck though she might be rough now but sounds like you got plans to fix all that

Thanks fellas she is rough and needs a bit of TLC, but i got her for free she was my little brothers first car. I resently performed work on the car told him i'd take it and welp he said it's yours.

Anyway i will always have the moding bug i might have owned 3 cars out of 17 that were stock. My current build is what i don't want to do as it was costly....

F22b1 block/ Decked .005/ Honed/ Nippon pistons, rings, and wrist with coated domes.
Oem rod and main bearing's/ king thrust/ Shot peened rods with gsr 9mm ARP rod bolts/ F22a6 windage tray.
F22a1 head milled .035, a few new valves and supertech valve seals/ A6 valve springs/ Ported head/ Cleaned up A6 intake manifold tapered inlet.
And bolt on's etc etc.
^^ This is what i don't want to do again anytime soon lol. Thanks for the welcomes.

Basically any F block from 90-97 is the same with very minor differences. My mildly built engine might stay with me for a future project. My plans were to add a kelford cam into the mix and some spray, but i'm burnout with hondas this is my 5th build and i've owned 7 since 07 not to mention countless swaps.

I did the engine swap in the celica a year+ ago and it's just as easy took like a days time, but sourcing the engine took months!

No, with a 7a it doesn't happen lol. There also wont be any "fast" parts of the car .....
With 105hp at the flywheel.... yeah, but you already knew that. lol

Welcome to the site, there are OODLES of threads on the site that will tell you how to fix everything you need to. Air bag replacements the works
Need advice? just ask. I promise someone here has done it lol
We aren't too stuck up here in these parts of the interweb forums lol
Oh i could make it way quicker reguardless of aftermarket support, but i'd rather it last aslong as possible.

I appreciate the welcomes ya'll don't seem stuck up at all.

We try to be friendly. Its whats good for the community an helps us continue to grow our knowledge on how to make them better.

So whats your plans for the suspension an the body?

So whats your plans for the suspension an the body?

We all have our quirks.

Plans are very mild i'll probably run some sprint springs (people seem to like them from what i've gathered on here) strut bars and some wheels. The car handles as is quite zippy through these mountain twistes up here.
As for the body i'ma pop what dents i can out and run a homedepot lip to cover the gap on the front bumper.

Cleaning and improving my new found yoter little by little.
Might be easier to just get a new bumper in genral

Any reason you dont want to build the celica?
I know you want a reliable dd but is there any other reasons
Cuz it sounds like your more than capable of building it up good an still keep the reliability in check

95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy99 gt hatch beams swapped wife's94 st hatch my daily driverhttp://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=82235n
I don't have to paint it like i would a bumper and then hope it matches which it wouldn't exactly.

Reason is time and money ofcourse, i figure bolt on's and a set of regrinds should do me just fine that's more than most do with the 7a (and i might just get a spare head and port it aswell) besides everyone wanting to boost them.

I just want to keep it simple.

Got the stuff to do the lip today so i should have an update without the gap O wonder front end soon enough.

Heres my last F22a head i ported for my last project even got the yoter in on one of the pictures ha.

Heres the engine...

So as you can see i like to keep my bay/engines clean if nothing else, sorry for the honda'ness lol.

Cleaning and improving my new found yoter little by little.
Too bad she never got put to use

95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy99 gt hatch beams swapped wife's94 st hatch my daily driverhttp://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=82235n
It'll get put to use either for someone else or a future go fast project of mine, i still lacked the cam and nitrous kit but everything else is ready to roll.

I've taken quite the intrest in this celica one has to go and honestly hondas are a dime a dozen and i have no issues tearing an engine down and rebuilding or building one in the future if i want a quicker toy to mess about with.

Cleaning and improving my new found yoter little by little.
I know what your saying
I made the switch from honda to yota cuz i wanted something different
All my buddys still run honda but now their starting to sweat cuz of the v6 swap celi settin in my garage lol

The car scene here in the stix isn't big, but you've got us true enthusiast which most of my friends have sprayed sn95s or boosted eg's my buddy evans got a gnx and a 415whp hatch, but like i said they might be 10 of us in the whole county that enjoy everything thats had work put into it.

And i just posted in your thread loving the swap my friend i'm sure the LSV boy's won't know what hit em lol i'd say you could wax more than half of the honda fanbois we see everyday with ease.

Cleaning and improving my new found yoter little by little.
The only honda in my town is my buddy/next door neaghbor 98 hatch
Its got a b16a with idk what done to it. I know hat one point not that long ago it was dynoed at around 195hp at the wheels before he got the computer tuned.
most of the cars around me are v8 muscle cars so got step up to keep up lol
But i always got the nova for v8 high horse power fun lol

Did the homedepot lip real quick today it def needs some mesh looks decent from the front but from the side you can still see the gap to much.Oh well it was like 10bux in total counting the rivets mesh should make it look a bit better.

Exactly what i had in mind minus thinking it's "JDM" lol, but i might put my bisimoto lic frame over it aswell. Idk yet, and yeah for $10bux i'm not going to complain atleast my rivets are straight unlike most that do this.

Can anyone photo shop me a black hood on the car? i just need to get a better visual before i commit to it.

I greatly appreciate it, if anyone can.

Could you please explain how did you do the front lip? Thanks!

Went to wal-mart got 16ft of gardening edge ($4.83 IIRC).
Then roughly cut it to length (Cut it a little longer than what you need you can trim it when your fitment is how you like it).
Drilled my too side holes so i could rivet the passenger and driver side in place to hold the lip on.
Then i eyeballed the lip and rivets as close as i could. Shouldn't take longer than 30mins give or take.

I used the following......
An electric drill.
A drill bit the size of the rivets (Or there abouts don't go larger though).
Rivet gun and rivets.
Gardening edge.
Box cutter for trimming the sides.
And not necessary, but helps to have a good eye and a extra set of hands.
