I just though of something today while I was washing my car. I think I know the answer but I just wanted to double check. Will these hoods have holes for the windshield sprayers to be installed because if they didn't that would really suck.

We already have 2 existing carbon fiber hoods for your vehicle that
you can see on our web site at

be arranged for these items.
However if you don't want what we already have then we can also make
what you want, 1). provided that the 40 people prepay for their hoods
up front in full at $350.00 each for a fiberglass hood, carbon fiber
will be more. 2). you provide us with the exact hood that you want
to be made or if that is not available then we can make it without
any "suggestions" from any of the 40 people and 3). it will take 2
months before any of the finished hoods are shipped to the 40 people
and it will probably take another 2 months before everyone receives

We will start making the hood when the full payment is received
therefore the 2 months starts from the point when we receive the full
payment for all 40 hoods. We don't want to deal with any of the 40
people and you should be our only contact. All payments should be
sent to you and then you should send them to us all at once.

We are not interested in the current hoods your company offers. I have done several other group buys and 40 ACTUAL buyers is rather steep to begin a project, with the general number being an average of 15 or 20 buyers. Your company will not only benefit from this group buy, but will also have a mold for future productions (and as you can tell from the numbers that this hood is popular). You will also be the only company who creates a C-One style hood outside of Japan. I can provide you with many pictures of this hood and I'm assuming you have some sort of mold prefabricated for the 1994-1999 Celica hoods that you could begin with. Your company would be taking comments/suggestions from me and only me as far as how identical the replication is. Your side will not be allowed "the full say" in what this hood looks like, as I don't want to be responsible for dealing with 40 disappointed buyers. Exactly how much extra is your company interested in for the hood to be created out of carbon fiber? This may or may not decide if we choose your company because the majority of the people involved with this group buy are looking for carbon fiber (as noted by the c/f's after their name).
An authentic C-One hood will not be obtainable as the price is around 1000 dollars to have one imported. I understand that this would be easier to make a mold but when we are talking a five-figure deal this is something you should have interest in creating and completing. Which brings me to the next problem, for tax reason there is NO POSSIBLE way for me to accept all of the money and then send it out of state. No sales tax would be the problem here: If users have done this before and not reported it on their taxes it is a felony class offense. Wisconsin currently has a sales tax rate of 5.5%. That would mean for me to be organizing this, paying approximately $825 dollars for the hood, and paying shipping. Sorry to be so stern about our requests and demands but you know as well as I that this is how business is done. I know there are many other companies willing to take a $15,000-dollar contract for creating a hood if you are uninterested in meeting our/my requests.

problem with a GT4 hood is then you need the GT-4 bumper to have it align correctly.

we actually tried a groupbuy for a GT-FOUR hood that would fit the US-spec, but it never got off the ground. it never had 40 people interested thats for damn sure.

What I sent was not totally nasty, I said it respectfully, but I just let them know that the group buy they tried to get us to go with was not a typical one and I let them know that.
