i need to regrease the bearings, and the stupid outer cv joint is not coming out. The inner circlip is not budging, and frankly i gave up. too tired. 5 put sledge hammer and brass punch. not coming out....

Dude its been awhile since I have been on here. I havent done anything new to my Celica since I bought my Porsche. But This is freaking out of the box amazing!! Im completely impressed! Wish I could do this to my black convertible

i solved the shifter cables by trying to move the cable to the side with this...

I think if it gets to 3,000 degrees you have other issues to worry about.

That's all torque from the word go. A lot of the custom wiring could be tamed by running a stand alone ECM with a much simpler throttle and ignition setup. I know that the Toyota ECM is heavily integrated into all the cars systems and will probably never run without a bunch of stored codes in this car, whether or not that will affect performance I can't say.

It does have codes looking for a transmission, but it doesnt affect power. All I can say is the 2gr in the corolla chassis surprised a lot of people. It never changed the handling from the beams 3s, its only problem is you need 225 or more up front. Even then with a bit more throttle on corner exit and it will fwd power slide/understeer in the direction of trajectory.

so finally, took the car for test drive. And the car is now a monster. Fun, and torque is plenty. I have 225 on the front...
As far as codes, well this particular one has the usual codes for the transmission, and the evap system...
Plus --->the Battery light is on.
I have double checked my alternator connections, and unfortunately cannot take it to get it checked at autozone, until i get car aligned.
Only extra error code i get on the scanner is the P0705 transmission range sensor circuit (PRNDL), which i thought it could have been related, since they both get powered by same fuse.. but the speedometer is also powered by the same fuse and its working all the time...
But the car does not run like crap... runs fine..
Well minus the power steering, as it bogs down when i move the wheel. I tought there might have been provision for power steering in the ECU, but not. At any rate, the car is fun to drive, and needs alignment.
The clutch sucks, being new, and the shifting is hard. other than that. Cool Beans!!!!
