Clean the throttlebody. Carbon buildup usually does this. Also try some white lithium on the cable and work it into the cable conduit....

I see from Cusco official site that lower arm bar ver.II only fit with st205 so I'm not sure does it fit to st202 superstrut....
Based off the information you stated, it sounds like your alignment is definitely thrown off which if not fixed can cause further damage to your wheel...

check in your drum if there is corrosion and you can use anti-sieze on the rub spots....
