Fortunately all of the plugs are unique to each other and will only plug into the correct receptacle.
Except for maybe the fuel injectors....
Each cable is secured with a c-clip to a bracket on top of the gearbox. The ends are connected to the linkage via a rod and pin....
Could just be a matter of needing a tuneup. Check compression across the cylinders, if that checks out the engine is fine and it's something menial....
