So I was going to install the JDM fogs and I could feel the bolt holes. I read that it is easier to remove the bumper to do it but when I was taking off the bumper a bolt broke and I didn't want to go...

Well I got some stock ST foglights and they use H3 bulbs i want to get the yellow ion look like the IS300 has with its yellow fog lights...any ideas?
