WHEN I GO TO PUT GAS IN MY CELICA,ON REMOVING THE GAS CAP I HAVE A LOT OF PRESSURE RELEASE FROM THE TANK ,IS THIS NORMAL?

my tech,speed,and temp,gas gauge will not light up,but all of the other lights on the cluster are working,check the fuse,replaced the bulbs,is there and relay somwhere that might need replacing?

lock switches will not work,but when i take my hand an turn the lock lever i hear a click under the dash.does any one have any ideal?please help
