In inspiration from a couple other threads I've read lately, post up what is wrong with your car.

Mine:
1. Clearcoat flaking off roof, spoiler, and mirrors; paint fading underneath
2. Needs a timing belt within the next 500 miles or so but I'll probably wait
3. Funny sound from front left, suspect CV troubles but might just be somethin stuck in it
4. AC compressor dying, still works but whines like a supercharger lol
5. Car smells like ass from previous owner, re-upholstery and carpeting planned
6. Throttle cable has a lot of slack, but I can't get one shipped to this tiny town within the next month

Otherwise the car is in pretty good shape for being 11 years old and having 122,000 miles. Very little rust, not much for dents or anything and is mostly just dirty in ways you cannot comprehend bc of the idiot previous owner.

1. Left CV boot
2. Replace right rear ball bearing
3. Replace busted air intake (currently held up with heat resistant duct tape)
4. Find clip for rubber sealing on right headlight
5. 2 small dents from jerks who cant leave a parking lot without bumping someone

6. Rear windshield spray doesn't work
7. Parking brake doesn't work
8. Broken power antenna

LOL... ok here i go

1. front right blinker falls out
2. Right side low beam held by duct tape and a can or red bull
3. ignitor wire pops out when ever the hell it wants
4. rust eatting up my driver side door
5. CEL code 71
6. weird nois coming from barke pads
7. rear strust are shot .
8. rear right tire hold air for just 300 miles then goes flat
9. windsheild is damage.. i can't see light shines on it..
10. parking brake just about to go ...
11. dent on left side..
12 . paint job badly needed..
13. power antenia not working
14. rear washer spry not working
15. 3rd grear grinds
16. I DON"T HAVE BOOST

Lets see... (Nov '96, 85300 km on the clock)

1. Engine is a bit rough.
2. shifting into 2nd jerks a little bit.
3. Brakes ping on occasion.
4. Quite a few scratches.
5. Boot-lining plastic broken at the latch area.
6. Windscreen wipers can't wipe for ****.
7. Broken alarm (Stuck in some sort of semi-active mode)

Mac, check your water pipe to rear wash wipe mine was split and pumping water in to my roof lining !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok what wrong with the white '4' (96 GT-4 117,573 km on clock)

1. rear shocks gone
2. super strut needs new bushes
3. low boost reading (air leek to find)
4. dents and damaged paintwork
5. ABS sensors to be replaces
6. break disc worn
7. dash board warning light coming on with no faults............. ?
8. burning oil, 1lt per 2k,km
9. chiped wind screen
10.no summer tires
11.only tape deck working in head unit
12.power antener not working
13.dirty inside and out (nothing new there)
14.only one fog light working
15.front wheel arch linner riped
16.plastic engine gaurd hanging down
17.split in front wheel arch lip
18.rust bleeding through paint on repair in engine bay
19.service
20.scratch and ripped tints on windows

oh and

21. second to third is lumpy
22. a strange clonking when coming out of gear and just using break in traffic !!!

1.My frunt breaks are gone (pads worn all the way and disks are bad) (my new brimbo disks all 4 are chillin in my room till I get time to put them in, and I still need to pick out new pads)
2. My door panels are well, busted)
3. my frunt bumper n thedriver side low beam indent the new paint is all plealed off (shop pealed it because it bubbled up (turned out to be a problem with the stock paint, its exspelling the new sealer or something) (getting fixed on monday)
4. Its not a trubo
5. my battery is not powerful enough to push my amp, sterio, tv, and dvd player so I cant run the tv withough problems.
6. my frunt stock swap bar creaks and sqeeks when I drive
7. my body kit sux so I'm buying a new one
8. Its not a turbo
9. Needs an oil change
10. break light does not go off.
11. I have yet to put on my frunt washer nosels.
12. I need a bypass valve and new intake filter
13. its dirty
14. needs a good vacuming

1. three different colors.
2. minor dents need to be taken out.
3. paints peeling off.
4. rust in the back fender by the tire(gotta fix it).
5. remote wire for system needs to be reconnected because im tired of having a direct flow wire and then taking the fuse out when i park so my amp doesn't overheat.
6. inside needs a good dusting
7. windsheild washer fluid doesn't pump out.
8. antenna doesn't go up or down.

1. sunroof doesnt work
2. back windshield sprayer doesnt spray
3. needs 4 new tires
4. curb scratches on every single rim (getting paint to fix it soon, if i can find the right color)
5. transmission makes a whining noise, gets louder from 1st to 5th
6. scratches like freakin crazy from stupid cats
7. scuff mark beside front emblem, wont buff out
8. got new struts, but the ride is still REALLY rough
9. steering wheel pops a little when i turn it right, only once tho
10. smells of cigs and cigarette burns all on the drivers side floor
11. dash has remains of adhesive from cheap dashboard kit
12. my CAI is actually a half-a** intake
13. the hood protection underneath is covered in oil, and gets all over my engine and my dad wont let me take it off cuz it will burn the hood supposedly

Oh boy...

1. dents EVERYWHERE from the previous owner and hail storm a couple of weeks ago
2. minor scratches on front bumper
3. bluish/white smoke comes from exhaust every morning when i start her up
4. third gear grinds often
5. struts are on their way out
6. rust.. just found more yesterday on my drivers side rear wheel well, and lots of it.
7. interior pieces (center console, etc) looks like a fat man sat on it
8. bearings loose in transmission
9. AC whines like a supercharger as well
10. rug is ripped
11. raiser blocks aren't painted... (yet)
12. brakes squeak like crazy
13. paint is chipping off wheels
14. antenna doesn't work, it hasn't since i bought the car
15. plastic pieces in trunk are all cracked and scratched
16. passenger side window doesn't work, hasn't since last summer

and i just barely replaced all by cv joints/axles/boots, and my master cylinder on my clutch. I don't get any cheap repairs >>.

Here comes my ginormous list:

Couple of minor dents, nothing paintless dent repair can't fix
Curb rash on a couple of wheels, nothing a new set of wheels can't fix.
Cigarette burn in driver side arm rest and couple of light ones in headliner and carpet
A/C blows tooooooo frosty cold.
CD Player (stock tape/cd unit) skips a lot, nothing a new IPOD ready deck can't fix (just got a 20 gig Ipod for my B-Day)
The little ring of light around the Cigarette lighter doesn't light up all the way
There's holes in the passenger side of the console where a cell phone used to be housed.
Couple of small nicks in the paint.

Ummm.......that's about it. >>

3. no antenna (those idiots at scott clark toyota gave me the wrong antenna and wont take it back without receipt)
4. no front side marker (the one on the fender)

I just had a sputtering feeling like either the car was running out of gas or the fuel pump was going i dont know which it was, i had the car in low gear anyone have an idea? it JUST happened as i got here. probably need a tune up.

Needs a paintjob that is coming soon..... my leather arm pad is ripped, my passenger door panel works fine but looks bad, and my cigarette lighter thing doesn't work

Needs a good wash and wax, buffing. A few paint chips. Seems to be eating gas madly.

Few dents in the drivers side cuz I was a noob. Also the driver's side leather seat is torn, and both door panels are warped by the window. It's all not as bad as it sounds though

-has big dent in the side
-clearcoat is coming off of spoiler
-crack in the unibody and my floor gets soaked when it rains hard
-windshield wipers wipe my hood. try to instal the motor and i think the linkage is wrong or something
-sunroof leaks a little rains hard but if i pressure wash the car it pores in.
-headliner is droopy from sunroof leak.
-under car neons keep not working
-fog light switch gets hot

This is what's wrong with my car

1) low power on my window sheild wipers dont work

And thats it! For a car thats been totalled once, and is about to hit the big 100,000 mile count, my car runs as if there were no such thing as wear n' tear on an engie, and it runs as if its never been wrecked... I was pretty damn lucky to find such a car... And I've been happy ever since... Although I am sad my car is gonna flip to 100,000 miles... Its got another 110 miles to go before it switches over...

Although this isn't an actual problem that affects the car in anyway, I put a dent in the side fender a while back... I backed into my dad's truck and it left the smallest indent you could ever imagine... That's getting fixed when Im taking my car to the body shop to get the dent out and then everything else I bought for my car to get installed and painted on my car... Haha, my car is coming back a whole new car when its get outa the body shop >>

just turned my odometer over 100,000 this AM - and I can honestly say - there is nothing wrong with this car!

I totalled my 91 Celica at 86,000 and there was nothing wrong with that either - well until the head-on collision >>

When I sold my 97 Celica it had 76,000 miles, and that never had more than a windshield washer pump replaced.

these cars rule!

Oh and by the way - mine might be for sale shortly - have a good chance of buying a 98 Porsche C4S
