1. Several minor door dinges around the car.

Of course most of the issues are around the engine and can be fixxed by ditching the 7A

I'd say my biggest complaint is that the previous owner took out the rear speakers, so I have nothing back there now.

1. Left CV boot needs to be replaced
2. Just replced: Timing beat, Timing Case Cover, Cam Crank Seal, Oil Pump Seal, Water pump, O-ring
3. Rear windshield cleaner doesnt work
4. rough idle
5. kinda of tight steering wheel
6. Light sun fade & burn right over rear window on hatch & side mirrors
7. ABS light on
8. OEM CD player skips 98% of the time even when not driving
9. Slight rip on driver side seat (Leather)
10. slight rust in left side high beam light
11. Alarm & keyless entry doesn't work
12. wrong front matts

and still running strong for another 100k.

those are the things that must be fixed. Just waiting for time, and for it to kool off a little. Its to freakin hot in Houston right now to walk to the car, let alone work on it.

1. ball joints squeak
2. tranny mounts are shot (inserts pending installation)

1) oil leak
2) coolant leak, or something along those lines.. car keeps overheating
3) pass side window has a gap, and can't be closed, so when it rains.. car gets wet
4) fender is sorta faded
5) back up lights work 30% of the time
6) a plastic piece near the shifter is mysteriously missing
7) seats make a tooting noise when i move around in it
8) the battery somehow restarts and i have to reprogram my radio =/
9) rear squirty thing stopped working last week
10) rip on drivers seat with the orange foam stuff breaking off all over the car =D
11) missing a hubcap =D

but the a/c is awesome!

Well not too much...

1. drips a drop of oil every now and then, not enough to do anything.
2. sun damage on the drivers side door panel and arm rest
3. paint is a little faded, but still shiny :-)
4. has 156,000 miles

thats all I can think of at the moment...

Not counting cosmetic? (ie: badly needs reupholstering, needs a paint job, has plenty of dings from 14 years on the road)

1. Right front wheel bearing
2. Gas tank and filler neck leaking
3. Oil leaks from valve cover, rotor, oil pan gasket and main seal (my fault after doing the clutch )
4. Internal oil loss from sweeper rings (likely) common to the 7A and other 'yota fours.
5. Occasional coolant odour (heater core? who knows)
6. Mystery loss of power/acceleration. I'm blaming the wheel bearing now
7. Exhaust leaks from downpipe and midpipe at the muffler. Flanges are rotted. Nice SS exhaust, too.

What I just did recently:

8. Alternator replaced
9. All drive belts
10. 2 transmission fluid changes thanks to clutch install
11. Said clutch install
12. Earlier exhaust leak repaired.
13. E-brake cable seized and binding rear brakes. Replaced one cable, have the next for when it goes.

The biggest problem is that the motor won't die! 376,000kms on it now, and it purrs like a grisly old kitten. I'm not sure how much more $$ to put into the 7A and stock composition before putting on blocks and eviscerating it. I planned to do a 3MZFE swap from day 1, but I was going to use it as a daily driver until the motor went. Stupid Toyota quality!

It's getting to be make-or-break time. Hopefully you guys can talk me into a decision.

1. New Passenger side Axle (the boot split open there is tons of grease the on inside or the front right rim)
2. Install Pre-Cat Oxygen Sensor (Still original denso o2 sensor with 110,000 miles on it)
3. New Battery
4. New Perfomance Clutch Kit, MY GEARS ARE STARTING TO SLIP!!!
6. when downshifting into 2nd gear going really fast, i tend to hear a little tearing noise. (Need to fix the synchronize of the gears) HOW MUCH WHO KNOWS??
5. Sew together driver seat, starting to slowly rip apart.
6. Fix small dent on rear right side of car. nothing to noticeable but annoying to know its there (Plus i just recenlty painted my car)
7. Fix up my car asap. I need some money now!!
9. Eventually get a 3rd gen 3s-ge engine swap!!! sometime in the future like 3 years from now...

mine needs tires, e-brake cables, ac recharge and could use a full tune-up

Our speedometer goes up to 150......sigh......pointless...

1) water pump + timing belt needs to be changed
2)paint flaking off by the left low beams and front license plate
3) slight dent in rear right quarter panel
4) few dings on the rear bumper and random ones here and there
5) trunk window's spray nozzle not spraying out windshield washer solution properly
6) need a new tire for the spare

Red Celica(keep in mind i bought this one for $700):

1. Bumper scuffed pretty bad
2. Chip in pass. high beam
3. Pass. fender beat to hell by previous owner
4. pass door has ugly burnt in tape residue
5. pass window was broken by previous owner and cheap aftermarket window doesn't seal right
6. GF spilled 44oz Dr Pepper on pass seat and floorboard
7. no underplastics at all
8. rear 1/4panel has dent from some stupid f150 hit&run
9. over all dented and dinged from previous owner && hail storm
10. strange cooolant leak yet to be found
11. CEL code 71: corrected by a paperclip on the EGR temp sensor
12. throw out bearing clicks while idling, sometime
13. all 4 rims are a little scuffed
14. horribly balanced tires
15. extremely bald front tires (i love corners )
16. rear suspension pretty much gone, looks 2 inches lowered
17. creeking noise while turning steering wheel
18. bumpier ride than normal
19. squeeks and rattles over bupms
20. horribly stained carpet from prev. pwner
21. slightly weathered steering wheel
22. front fabric seats/rear leather seats that are in bad condition
23. drivers side hatch plastic interior piece missing
24. rear bumper scufffed bad
25. AC smells like... old AC sometimes
26. previous owner left some disgusting stuff under the spare tire for quite some time, therefore rusting two timy holes through the floorplane
27. engine sits a little los on passenger side
28. 2nd grinds when shifting fast
29. dome light work when it feels like it
30. injector wires short out sometimes causeing occasional misfire
31. Dist. gets wet easily causing misfire
32. no antena. lol

but its still getting me wherever i need to go, and looks pretty good still
