That's at least part of the problem. Check for power at the injector resistor pack. It should be the silver box with the 5-wire connector on it (all black w/ orange stripe). At the plug, one of the wires should have power going to it with the key in the on position, the rest shouldn't. Then make sure it is plugged in really well.
