LIKE I SAID AT TOP OF PAGE, HOTEL INFO WILL BE UP EARLY THIS WEEK. I am calling Jasper tonight for the ultimatum to give to Jen...no more waiting around. Hotels listed will be very close to each other, very affordable, and hopefully we can reserve a group of rooms. Full hotel addresses will be provided so that you can punch them in your google, mapquest, or gps...whateva. I found that many hotels do not however reserve a group of rooms, and the rates are not much different than normal rates, esp. in the summer. THANKS!!!

i also think one thread should be a roll call, and one should be discussion. but thats just me, think it would be much more organized and information alot easier to find

Thanks for the input. Jasper and I will work on that this week. Since Jen fell out of the picture, the good info is mostly the hotel info and where the car meeting place is. Other than that, we are planning the other activities (like a group drive, places to eat as a group (probably bbq at park), party, etc) which we have plenty of time to do.

Once we get the new thread started, we can ask Manny to close this one.
