how about you guys get a list going first

name / how many ppl coming along with you / what you're bringing / staying over night Y or N
and >>italic your line in red if your not 100% sure you're coming>> bc if your in charge of bringing meat and you've decided to not go, well... they'll be eating just the buns then. Plus, this is also for head count of ppl so freddy121389 can reserve for the shelter.

example:

like so....

its the best way to get to know whos coming and what to bring and all that fun stuff in one simple list.

If anyone is going to be passing by 270 and 255 in IL, let me know. I'll try and catch you guys en route.

dont worry freddy. stl95 and I both left ours open ended. if there's something we need, i'd be happy to pick up something extra.

plus, you might want to leave the meats and other cold stuff for the people closer.

Im trying pretty hard to get alot of people to go. i searched people in the area and pmed them and asked them to check out the thread. will see how it goes

Yeah, I'm pretty far out of your way. You'd have to drive straight south to get to me, then head west to St. Louis, when you could just head southwest and get there anyway. If any members have to drive by me, I'd be more than happy to go a little bit out of my way to meet them though. It seems like everyone is coming from up north though, so I won't be able to meet too many people.

And I can pick up more than a couple of packs of soda. I was just trying to get my RSVP in. I don't live too far away, but I can pick up some hot dogs when I get closer to St. Louis so they will still be fresh.

I would be down for some camping! I got some gear...


Well we have like 7 people wanting to spend the night, its either spend 40$ for a hotel room and share like 3 rooms or spend 40$ total for the camp site and everyone who's staying bring stuff like tents and whatnot

Camping is wayyy cool. I would be up for that too. I will just have to buy a new tent from an outdoor world store...
