A caravan would be cool from the sac or surrounding area, I need a time and location otherwise I will take my own lonely almost two hour drive. I am quite excited about the meet. On a sidenote is anybody going to CMI this weekend in sac?

So I'm going over the things we still need. We don't want to bring TOO much, so please pick something(s) from the list below and let us know what it is.
1) Cups
2) Plates
3) Napkins/paper towels
4) Utensils
5) MEAT!?!?! Hamburger patties or hotdogs or whatever?
6) Buns?
8) Condiments (ketchup/catsup/mustard/etc)
9) Vegetarian food (salad or some rolls of some sort)
10) Insect repellent/mosquito coils? (if this place is out near the water like it looks, it'll be open season on all of us come dusk which is like...4pm now?)
12) Stereo/speakers/MP3 player (looks like the tables are quite a distance away from the parking lot so using our cars will be out of the question)

ok so i went to isleton today to swap seats with johnnn,and i got a few pics of it,i think its a great spot for a meet,mabye not for a shoot,but for a meet its great.It was closed for some odd reason so i couldn't talk to the host,but i got a $.Its 8$ for day use,idk if we have to pay that or not.It has bathrooms and a good sized BBQ..Pics:

Hey, Mexican food is still coming but will probably be taquitos and mini-tacos (any objections to jalepenos in the tacos?), chips, stuff like that. Already confirmed with restaurant so I'll check right before to see what they are putting together for us. With the food matter a close head count would help me so I bring enough. I did post my phone # and shirt size earlier so hopefully you have all you need, can someone update me on the main list so I feel included again lol . I did stop by today and spoke with someone with a 6GC and told her about the meet so she was going to check out the website and hopefully attend. I think that's it for now... Oh on the caravan, if there is anyone traveling south from the Sacramento area or beyond I can try and find a good spot for us to meet where all the freeways come together like the 5, 80, 50, 99, 80. I am still learning the area but looks like all these freeways meet at the same point. I am so ready for the meet and can't wait to see everybody. Thanks again for keeping me connected Derrick

I'm bringing my girlfriend, and my friend/mechanic. My girlfriend will make and bring some tasty appetizer and will also bring some sort of meat or chicken that has been marinating for a day +
