I'm betting thats within normal specs. new oil will always have a high pressure and will drop as the oil ages and breaks down.
what was your max psi before?
also the pressure relief valve may have been sludged up from sitting and finally broke loose.
Do you have the BGB on this engine? in there lists the oil pressure specs

Well let her set an warm up for about 2 minutes
The oil psi dropped to 40
Id start to rev it an ithe psi would get 45 then drop to 30-35
In the same rpm range as before an im getting pressure build up on one side of the coolent system
The upper hose starts to leak as the car warms up

interesting.. low pressure could be caused by a leak or a bad pump... or super thin oil..

Reading that makes me think its a sludge issue( go figure)
since the psi starts out fine an then drops at higher rpms
Im going to get that t stat pulled out tonight or in the am an runs some seafoam through at idle
An do a cheap oil change
Maybe drop the oil pan an make sure the pick up is clean too

i agree on the pickup.. clean it really really well with brakeparts cleaner, swish it around in water or something then again with brake cleaner

Small update
Got her up on jackstands all the way around
Took off the hoid an all 4 wheels
Bled the brakes an adjusted the clutch pedal an rebled it too
next we be dropping the oil pan an see how bad it looks an clean the pan an pick up
An pull the valve covers off an see if i can clean any sludge out of there too

also picked up a couple short ram intakes an filters so ill be playing with intake setups on all the cars some alittle later today

The overheating was a bad thermostat.

So i got to lookin at the line for my oil gauge
It seems like the half closest to the motor was getting better pressure than the half leading to the gauge
so i conbectex the gauge to the first half an the psi went crazy
Went from 60to20to40to70 then the pressure dropped down to 20 an then i seen oil coming out the back of the connection on the gauge an the line broke
The connector was bad so im going to get a new connector an see what happens
I noticed the that when i revved the motor an the psi would drop i would see air bubbles coming out around the gauge connection an some oil leaking out too so im really hoping fixing the line fixs the problem

been waiting for someone to do this(put the filter cone where the high beam should be).
Its a rough idea so far
Im thinking about just taking the glass off the light an molding a connector to the back if the light to feed air in
But my first idea was for the filter to set inside of where the light use to be an just make a block off plate to stop rain from getting in untill im at the track

seen integras with just a plastic cone sitting where the light use to be and the intake tube just sitting in it with something to connect the two. Never heard if it yeilded much gain. Sounded mean though. Ive thought of just removing the highs all together, molding one of the holes and putting in dual filament bulbs for the lows. Then run a filter to the high. Would be cool to actually see if someone could photoshop it or actually do it.

now im just waiting on a new oil pan gasket to ahow up tomorrow
