4afe turbo manifold will fit
make sure its the FE though
and you can get it from ebay
cheap turbo kit(for a 4afe) is ~$600. done expect much in power ...
check to make sure your battery cables are connected tightly... simple, I know, but I've seen it before.

both wrong. engine output * rpm = exhaust flow. if you produce 100 HP at the crank, at 2000 RPM, exhaust flow will be the same no matter what accessor...
it depends on what turbo your using, but a generic list would look somthing like this.
for the feed line, your going to need a 1/8th bspt male to 1/8t...
