if the mounting holes are the same on a coupe 2 post as with the hatch 2 post then it might....
94 -95 hatch had 2 post, 96-99 hatch had 3, ST and GT are the same spoiler,
they will not interchange without modifying the hatch itself.

because i swapped housings to USDM my mirrors fold:
the left one, not complete. the right one almost flushed. In the jdm casings they fold evenly...
