these hubs dont have the dust shield. But Im switching hubs and the ones I will be using has them. Which is good because I want to adapt them for brake ducting

yup I do! I wasnt able to mount them, there is a little bit of Powder Coat at the beginning of the thread and I didnt want to force the bolt through. My friend has my tap set

spare hubs I refinished, took them off and Im using my original hubs. I prefer having brake dust shields
some more assembled caliper pics. Itll be nice to have pics of them while they are clean...before the brake dust storm comes in

hrm I need to look at my ST205 rear pieces to see what shape its in when I go install my coilovers.
the dust shield in the rear needs a good amount of cutting so the calipers can mount. There also need to be 5mm (about 2 washers) worth of washers between the caliper and the mounting hole

You might want to consider a plate instead of the washers to achieve your offset... As we also run washers on the race car (we are running ST184 / Camry Calipers up front) we were trying to figure out if the washers were allowing the calipers to twist under load.... We don't know for sure - but we do have some wonky pad wear...

Some sort of rectangular shim that connects both mounts together.
Probably can make something, no need for CnCing, as long as the metal I get is 5mm!
