where my bov should be in between

at least you dont have a big pressure sensor hanging off it.
what i meant by cook the oil is the heat in that pipe by the oil filter is gonna heat it up, and basicly cook the oil in the filter.

wouldnt you want to turn the oil feed line so its to the side from the sensor..so that the oil wont be shooting up? lookin very very good though!!!! i like the way u did the wastegate!!props to that!

hey thanx dude....yah ill be making a few adjustments to that oil line.
ok dudes time for updating...today was a good day...the first thing i did was call up my friend that helped me remove my oil pan so that he can brasse the nipple for my oil return line... he took it this morning to go and do that... the mean time my other friend helped my with my interior he helped me with my neo by double checking all the wires to see if they are good then he helped me put all the panels that we took off from the interior back on....and i also put on my new shift nob...greddy!...it looks berry sexxy now...after that we went to napa auto parts to get all the part i need to service, spark plugs, lights bulbs, double stick tape, ect. then by the time i got back home my friend who did my oil pan was finished and it looks cherry...we put my oil pan back on and i also put double stick tape to mount my safc neo....then i double stick taped and screwed on my loteck 3 piller gauge...cherrry...and after all that was put on i got my celi ready for the exhaust shop....i called the shop and made the appointment for 8 am first thing in the morning....then my gf dad brought his trailer and a couple of my friends helped me push my celi on....now its just sitting in the trailer till tomorrow... ok dudes now for more up dating laters... shoots my sistas and braddahs!
ok guys today was a great day....i took my celi to the exhaust shop this morning....and the guy seemed to be doing a great job...he is putting a 2.5 down pipe that flares 3 to a cat and then my muffler...he is also connecting my open dump tube to my down pipe....ok then i decided to go to maui welds to weld on my bov flange to one of my intercooler piping but the guy said he doesnt do aluminum, but he knows a guy that knows how to do that....so he showed me instructions and i found the guy....he normally charges 60 for the aluminum welding and 70 per hour...but since i told him i only have 50 he did it for me for 50.....it came out really good!....ok after lunch my lil bro called me to come home because i got a package.....yessss....it was the last part i had to order....it was my 90* 2-2.5 clouple for my turbo outlet....now i can finish my car for sure any time soon guys....around 5 ish i noticed the guy that was doing my exhaust didnt call me yet....so i called...and called...and called...and no answer....dam...so i went to the exhaust shop with my friend and come to find out the shop was closed....but my celi was sitting outside on the lift....and it looks great!! cant wait to pick it up tomorrow....more to updating shoots...hey im hoping to be done with this project hmmm....on the july 5-6-7...idk soon....shoots!

ok guys need help with this......my celi wont start! it cranks...the fuel pump works...we checked the spark...one of my friends told me to try spray carburetor cleaner in the intake for about 4 seconds then try to start it.....and if it starts then it is my fuel injectors.....ok i started it....and it started on! so it started then died....my friends told me that i have to check my injectors...idk can anyone else here help me out! because i dont want to check out my injectors unless i really really have to...help help plzzz frown.gif

hmm i had a problem like this lol for me it was the map sensor. but it is also possible you could have accidentally f*cked up your timing. what size injectors did u get tho? and are they low impedance or high impedance?

i got the rx7 460cc injectors...idk if its low or high impedance...

jim told me it could be my safc neo...because i didnt touch it at all...i didnt play with the settings because i was scared that i mess somthing up...and because i just dont know how to use it...idk i hope jims right because its a b..i..t..c..h to go back to check my injectors...especially now that i have everything on...i really hope hes right
all the initial setting should be set to:

4 cylinder
throttle is the up arrow
Set to pressure
in 1 out 1
Low throttle set to 20% and high throttle set to 30%

When I have time later this after noon, I will play with Shannons and give you a better description on how to get everywhere.

Then check your timing, make sure that's correct.

Then check your injectors if the car still doesn't start. They cannot be just RX7 460cc injectors, they MUST be RX7 460cc Injectors with the last 4 digits ending in 2010 (if they end in 1350, you purchased the wrong injector for your setup.)

If all the above check out, then it sounds like your map sensor.

330whp 309ft/lbs @ 21 PSI
^^^ yep. i got the wrong ones the first time around too. but i never installed them. also i suggest selling the S-AFC and getting the AEM FIC. that way you can control timing too and have a safer ride. read up on my 5S-FTE build

ok i set it up the way you told me....and it did start for a little bit like 2-3 min then it stoped..... how do i check my injectors? because i dont want to go to take the intake mani apart again in order to find out if its working.....and i know i got the right injectors with the last digits 2010......another thing is that the company that i bought the injectors from told me that they test their injectors before they give it to me so idk....i really kneed help

thanks dude sorry about all the dirtyness its been windy ever since i started my project.
ok soo my friend stoped by and he helped me find the problem....he said that my idle is too low....so he did something called retard timing....and it made a big difference....my celi used to just die out but after he did it it started to idle a little high and it didnt die out any more.....but as soon as i would press the gas...it dies out...idk guys any more options let me know...all i can say is that it starts up but dies as soon as i press the gas.....more up dating
