When I start my car, it starts off below 1K rpm, then it creeps it's way to around 1400. I unplugged the IAC valve connector to see what happens, then the rpm steadily stayed at 1100....

on the heater control valve, which way is the arrow suppose to go? the arrow says "RN 1" with a arrow to it. is it suppose to go towards the radiator or towards the cabin?
